Mephisto lives again

The last month my mephisto intallation was behaving badly, and my attemps to fix it were driving me crazy...

One of the problems is that in .htaccess you cannot exclude from rails a directory named "mail", that will break admin...

Another thing was migrating from version 0.6.0 to 0.7.2, there was some problem with the premalinks in the database, my solution was to revisit every article and save it again.

So a month later, and just when I was about to dump Mephisto, I managed to bring it back to live, and now everything is just fine again.
